Family Time is a significant part of a child’s life, but we know it can sometimes feel complex or emotional for foster carers to navigate. This training session is designed to give you the practical tools and emotional insights needed to support these vital connections.

This session will cover:

• The Purpose of Family Time: Understanding the "why" behind the sessions.
• Preparation & Transitions: Tips for helping children feel calm before and after visits.
• Managing Emotions: Supporting the child (and yourself) through the ups and downs of Family Time.
