The Ballad Health Niswonger Children's Network is now offering Family Playtime!
Join us on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 10:30 - 11:30am at the Elizabethton - Carter County Public Library!

Join us to connect with other families, hear from guest speakers, and engage in activities that you can also do at home.

During each session, we will focus on creating a strong bond with your child by engaging in fun activities, asking open-ended questions, and allowing your child to explore and play.
