200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Join us for an incredible yoga journey. Wanting to teach and share your love of yoga or just to learn more about you and yourself; we can help you to build that confidence. Open to all levels and ages. We will discuss topics, including: the history of yoga, yoga and ethics, the energy body and everything from learning asanas to building a class sequence and teaching it. This is a wonderful journey that will change your life, if you let it, by helping you to be more mindful and aware of not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well.

We are a certified 200 hr Register Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. The lead trainer is Carrie Maggard E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and will be assisted by Matthew Maggard LMT, RTY 200.

Training will be Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm every other weekend from Oct 12th - March 16th.
