Cancellation Policy:
April 2 – May 20: 3 days prior to arrival
May 21 through Oct 31: 5 days prior to arrival
Parking:
Valet parking is available at $40.00 per day and is subject to change. Unless otherwise notified it is the hotel's understanding that the guests of the Group event will be responsible for their own parking charges.
Parking for guests not staying overnight is available at the Newport Gateway Transportation Center at the current seasonal rates which are subject to change. ($40.00)
Arrangements may be made to supply validations for the Gateway Center at a discounted rate of 50% of the published rate per car.
