FAMILY GLOWGA: Glow in the Dark Yoga

This class is fun and slightly 'warrior/tribal' themed to help bring out the inner warrior in each of us. Kids develop a sense of pride and confidence through the upbeat music and positive vibes of the neon lights. Paints and some accessories such as armbands and necklaces will be provided. We allow for 20-30 minutes upon arrival for getting glowed up and painting. You do not need to come already painted but you can style yourself before you come if you wish. A light snack and drinks are provided but please feed your child in advance so they do not arrive hungry. Hungry children = hangry children. =) A water bottle is always a good idea! Photos can be taken in the saltroom under the blacklights so bring your cameras or phones! No need to bring anything else! We provide mats and anything else you may need during this time. We do have lockers in the front to lock small bags into but larger backpacks will not fit in these lockers. Please do not bring a lot with you.

We will give you neon socks to put on so your feet will glow!

Wear tank tops or short sleeve so we can paint the arms or put some tattoos on!

There is a class at 16:00 for families (adults with their children) and a class starting at 17:00 for older kids without adults(however if parents want to come to this one as well that is also allowed. Please note if you are an adult and you are wanting to stay that you will be charged for the event. Entry is only for those paying or with cards from us. We do not have enough room unfortunately to have parents sit in the front room and wait for the event to be over. You will be asked to wait outside.
