Bring your son, daughter, mom, dad, spouse, bestie, or the entire family out for an afternoon of sweet holiday fun at The Baker’s Lab at 5-12 Dessert!

Our Family Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop invites duos, trios, and families of up to six to design their own festive masterpiece together using pre-baked gingerbread pieces and a curated selection of holiday gingerbread house décorations.

This isn’t your average gingerbread event — it’s a Baker’s Lab holiday experience, where edible artistry meets cozy family fun all in the Baker's Lab at 5-12 Dessert Signature Style!

Event Details:

Entry: Each ticket admits the registered number of guests (duo, trio, or family team). Due to limited space, we ask that only registered participants be in attendance.

• Duo (Shared Experience with 1 House)
• Trio (Shared Experience with 1 House)
• Family of 4 (Shared Experience with 2 Houses)
• Family of 5 (Shared Experience with 2 Houses)
• Family of 6 (Shared Experience with 3 Houses)

Extra pre-baked gingerbread house kits are available as an add-on should your team want more decorating fun. This is perfect for families who want a little more space to create or have extra hands eager to decorate!

Teams wanting an extra pre-baked house kit(s) will need to order tickets/add-ons early to insure that extra house kits are ordered and delivered in time for the workshop. The the cutoff date for extra house kits is December 1st.

What to Bring: Just your creativity and your holiday spirit!

Attire: Comfortable shoes and clothing is recommended. This is a standing workshop where guests will move around their decorating tables. Aprons will be available for use during the workshop, but must be turned in at the end the workshop. Long hair should be tied back.

Workshop Size: There is a minimum of 2 workshop teams attendees required. In the event of low participation, a full refund will be issued.

Duration: 2 hours. This is a hands-on workshop. Depending on the flow of the workshop and the speed of the attendees the workshop could end a little early or run a little overtime.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made within 7 days of event. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. If for some reason you need to cancel after the 7-day period, please reach out as a credit can be issued for a future workshop. Credits will not be issued for any cancellation requests made less than 72 hours before workshop date.

· Bachelor degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University

· Master degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University

· Florence University of the Arts / Florence, Italy Study Abroad

· Former High School Baking & Pastry Arts Teacher

· Over 10 years as a business owner and over 15 years’ experience in the baking industry
