Mamas, papas and little Lights join us @i.am.aum.sanctuary.lb for a truly special experience in Long Beach where we come together as a community to nurture stillness, emotional wellness and inner peace.

In this beautiful collaboration of mother and daughter, Soul will guide the meditation and breathwork, leading our little ones (and us big ones too!) into a space of calm and presence.

@alignedsoulmomlifestyle will weave the healing vibrations of sound, creating a journey of deep connection, balance and restoration.

Now more than ever, our mental, emotional and spiritual wellness are essential. When we teach our children how to self-regulate, how to pause, breathe and come back to their center, we are giving them lifelong tools to navigate this world with grace and resilience. Imagine a generation that knows how to return to peace within themselves, this is the gift we can give them.
