Family Dance: Child-Led Movement Class (Neurodivergent-Friendly)

This is a heart-centered space where every body is included and every pace is honored.
We’ve designed this experience specifically for families who ride the emotional rollercoasters 🎢 and value movement as a way to regulate, connect, and simply be together. 💝

In this class, we ditch the rigid structure of typical sports to make room for child-led, imaginative play. It is a screen-free, collaborative environment where being verbal is unnecessary and bodies take the lead. Whether we are stretching through a Pizza Dance 🍕,
finding our flow while Surfing the Waves 🏄‍♀️,
or grounding our energy with Elephant Stomps 🐘,
the goal is always the same: to move WITH our kids in a way that feels good. 💃

We know walking into a new space can be a big step for our high-sensory families. Here is how we’ve set the stage for you and your child to feel safe:

• The Vibe: Low-pressure and child-led. If your child needs to take a break, pace the perimeter, or watch from the sidelines before joining in, that is 100% okay.
• The Sound: Rhythmic, curated playlists kept at a comfortable volume—never overwhelming. 🎶

• A Yoga Mat: This will be your "Surf Board" for our waves! 🏄‍♀️
• Water: Stay hydrated while we get our sweat in. 🥤
• Your Family: Siblings are included! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• We provide the rest! Just bring your beautiful selves and your imagination.

• 🎟️ Price: $40 total ($30 for parent + $10 for kids, siblings included!)
