This is the power of group constellation work!
In this work we come together to let the knowing field work through the movements of our bodies. With the involvement of workshop participants, who act as representatives for various familial and archetypal aspects of the issue being constellated, we make visible in physical space what was previous invisible. Previously known only by the dark subconscious inner world of the issue holder it may have eluded understanding for years, perhaps even lifetimes.
Whether it is you, or someone else, that presents the issue to the group well all get the benefits of this work. There is so much healing and illumination found in representing, observing, and of course in having your own issue put through the group Constellation process.
To include guided group embodiment exercises, 3-5 facilitated constellations for selected participants with presenting issues, closing with a short integrative Constellations meditation practice.
