Sometimes, we move in a very linear way when we teach yoga - lying to sitting, sitting to kneeling, kneeling to standing, etc. But there are so many shapes we can move to and from that take us through fluid movement, all over our mat. Spend an afternoon with Angel, starting with a yoga flow to inspire curiosity, then exploring creative sequencing.
