A Sacred Invitation to Soul Work
Many of the challenges we carry in life do not begin with us.
They can live quietly within our family system — passed through generations as patterns, emotions, beliefs, burdens, and unseen loyalties.
Family & Systemic Constellations is a powerful group process that gently brings these hidden dynamics into awareness, allowing us to see what may have been influencing our lives beneath the surface and create space for greater clarity, balance, and freedom.
This is an invitation to explore what may be ready to be seen, understood, and released — while reconnecting with the strength and support that exists within your lineage.
What Is Family & Systemic Constellations?
Family & Systemic Constellations is a relational and experiential approach that explores the unseen dynamics within our family systems and the ways they can influence our relationships, choices, emotions, and sense of belonging.
The work was developed by Bert Hellinger and draws from family systems therapy, Gestalt, Virginia Satir's family sculpting, and other influences.
In a constellation, we create a space often referred to as the field — a space where the dynamics of a family system can become visible through movement, sensation, emotion, and intuitive knowing.
Rather than simply talking about an issue, we allow the system to be experienced.
A seeker brings a personal theme or question to explore. They intuitively choose people from the group to represent members or elements of their system. These representatives step into the field and, through their presence and movements, begin to reveal information about the system.
As the facilitator, I guide the process by listening deeply, observing what emerges, and gently supporting the constellation toward greater balance and resolution.
You do not need to understand everything intellectually for the work to be meaningful.
How Our Day Will Unfold
This workshop is intentionally designed as a sacred, intimate experience, combining constellation work with ritual, meditation, and community.
Opening Ceremony
We will begin by coming into circle and creating a grounded container for the work ahead.
Our opening ceremony will include:
- Personal smudging to cleanse and arrive fully in the space
- Ceremonial cacao to help us soften, connect, and open the heart
- Grounding and intention setting
- An introduction to the constellation process and the field
Two Family Constellations
We will open two individual constellations during the workshop.
Rather than choosing seekers ahead of time, names will be drawn from a basket during the workshop. This allows the day to unfold organically and honors the wisdom of the field.
If your name is drawn, you will have the opportunity to bring a personal theme, pattern, relationship, or challenge that you are ready to explore.
You do not need to arrive with the perfect question. Sometimes simply knowing, “Something in my life keeps repeating and I want to understand why,” is enough.
Break + Integration
Between the two constellations, we will take time to pause, breathe, integrate, and connect.
Tea and light snacks will be provided.
Closing Ceremony
We will close our time together with a guided meditation and sound healing, giving you space to integrate what surfaced during the afternoon and gently transition back into your everyday world.
Participant or Seeker?
There are two ways to experience this workshop.
PARTICIPANT / REPRESENTATIVE
Come to witness, support, represent, and experience the field.
You may be chosen as a representative in someone else's constellation. Even when you are not the seeker, the experience can be deeply personal. It is common for representatives to recognize something within their own lives, relationships, or family systems through the constellation they are participating in.
You don't have to be the person whose constellation is opened to receive from the work.
SEEKER — LIMITED TO 2 SPOTS
If your name is drawn, you will have the opportunity to bring your personal theme into the constellation.
Come with something you are genuinely ready to explore — a repeating pattern, relationship dynamic, feeling of being stuck, family concern, or something you simply cannot seem to make sense of.
There is no need to have all the answers.
How Are the Two Constellations Chosen?
Two constellations will be opened during this workshop.
Seekers will be selected by drawing names from a basket during the workshop rather than being predetermined.
This allows us to trust the unfolding of the day and the wisdom of the field.
Everyone in the room participates in the experience, whether as a seeker, representative, or witness.

- Feel called to explore yourself beyond the intellectual level
- Want to understand the deeper roots of a recurring pattern

Group Size: Intimate and limited to support the depth and integrity of the work
Please Bring
- A water bottle
- Comfortable clothing
- Socks or clothing you feel comfortable moving in, as we will be barefoot or in socks
- An open heart
- A curious mind
- Something personal you may wish to explore, if you are called as a seeker
Please arrive on time. This is sacred, experiential work, and arriving together at the beginning helps us create a grounded container for everyone.
About Your Facilitator
Florencia — Souls of Creation
Florencia is a facilitator of Family & Systemic Constellations, guiding individuals and groups through experiential processes that explore hidden family dynamics and inherited patterns.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that the patterns we experience in relationships, belonging, self-worth, and life direction can sometimes be connected to dynamics within our family system.
Through constellation work, Florencia creates a grounded, compassionate, and sacred space where what has been unseen can gently come into awareness.
Her approach weaves systemic wisdom, intuitive guidance, ceremony, and deep respect for the ancestral field — creating space for participants to explore their stories while reconnecting with their own inner knowing and the resources within their lineage.
