Target Audience: Individuals and families interested in mental health and well-being generally. Also local service providers and support groups

These forums will be the fifth and tenth sessions of our “Be Kind to Your Mind” family and community mental health fair (at Hyde Park Festival’s ‘Happiness Hub’ this coming Labour Day long weekend). They aim to raise awareness around the mental health generally.
Ask questions of the panel. Good programs, services and support groups exist.
Come and hear from our panelists about mental health issues, options, local health services and support groups etc.
