Join the Portage County Healthy Aging Coalition for a fun and informative community event aimed at reducing falls and supporting independence in older adults and their caregivers. Receive FREE fall risk screenings, learn about programs and services, connect with local resources, learn about what to do after a fall, win prizes, enjoy a lunch and learn session.
Registration is required for this event. To pre-register, please call the Lincoln Center at 715-346-1401 by September 5. This is a VERY popular event that fills up fast. Register sooner than later!
Lunch Information:
Anyone aged 60 and older is able to eat on a donation basis. The suggested donation is $5.00 per person. Persons not eligible to eat on a donation basis are required to pay $12.00 per meal. No eligible participant will be denied a meal based on ability to contribute toward the cost of the meal.
