Falling for fall
Whooosh… Do you hear that? That’s the sound of the fall blowing us away. This workshop will be focusing all things related to the fall season and the science behind it. Falling our way is a day full of fun activities exploring the nature around us and its changes through the season.
2/3: Lasting Leaves
The crunching of leaves are all around us. Looking into the sky, leaves falling, have you ever wondered what type of plants and trees were shedding its leaves? Well come join us for a workshop looking at different types of fauna shedding its leaves, nuts and seeds throughout the season.
4/5: Handy Harvesters
Squashes and apples galore! Such tasty things to harvest this season. Ready to dive into the world of tasty treats and learn all about the fruits and veggies that make this time of year so special? Join us for a fun and flavorful adventure where you’ll discover the science behind these plants.
6/7/8: 1,2 TREE!
Watch Out!! There was a tree falling down! Curious about the trees all around us? Want to discover their many uses and even find out how old they are? Come on down to our workshop today and take a closer look and expand your knowledge on the trees we see everyday.
