If you're new to running or walking and are simply looking to learn the best training practices and workout with a fun group that will train you to get across the finish line, we're the group for you! And if you're a seasoned runner or walker, we're here to help you improve on your time and performance with a structured and organized training plan within a socially-minded, fun program. So, whatever your goals, experience level, or pace, this program has got you covered.
NOTE: Our Fall program targets an event that has a 5-mile race offering, so our program is based on the 5 mile distance.
In store Kick off is Sept. 26 at 5PM
Workouts begin Oct. 3.
Group workouts are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6PM.
Tuesdays meet at Appleton Beer Factory.
