Creating Confidence From The Ground UpAs we mature, various factors contribute to falls being more of a risk. Prevention and safety skills are easy to learn with the right instruction! Physical Therapist, Nikki Strick, will lead a discussion on how to improve confidence, fall safely and practice strategies for getting up and down from the ground. Wear comfortable
