Bulky Hat Class
9/8, 9/15, & 9/22; Sundays from 11:00am-1:00pm at Casting On
Choose one of 4 different hat patterns in the Germantown Year of Bulky Hats collection.
Upsala Hat (shown in Malabrigo Mecha), Wister Hat, Fernhill Hat, or Midvale Hat
The patterns are all free, use Ravelry to download copies of whichever you choose.
Learn new skills, new stitch patterns, and finish class with an adorable hat.
Cost: $60 per student, due at sign up to secure your place in class
Yarn: You will need to bring to class approximately 128 yds of bulky weight yarn, options available at Casting On.
Needles: Size US 8 and US 10, 16” circular needles, and size US 10 DPNs. *Or sizes needed to get gauge
(Note: instead of using DPNs, you may choose to use another method of small circumference knitting, such as magic loop or 2 circular needles)
Notions: Stitch markers, cable needle, waste yarn, tapestry needle
Class size is limited to 10 students.
