Come out to swap extra bulbs, seeds, indoor or outdoor plants, harvest or canning with neighbours and check out the new developments on our community garden project. Meet in the field in between the hall and the garage.
The CMCA Yard & Garden Club started in 2025. A donation from a generous neighbour funded a quote from Ted Bahr at Prairie Sage Permacuture. After being awarded the ClimateReadyYYC, ING and Good Places grants in the past year, we are well underway. Our water tanks and swale are installed, our Food Forest is mainly planted, the Rain Garden has been cleared out and stream bed roughed in. The raised garden beds will come in October!
