Fall Revival Community Practice and Celebration!

September 22nd marks the Fall Equinox and the transition into our Fall season. The equinoxes hold a profound significance across cultures and spiritual traditions as the moment of balance between day and night, and within our own selves. The Equinox is a moment of centering in preparation for the fall season.

The Fall represents the harvest, reaping what we have sown from the vibrancy of Summer, and tuning inward as colder months approach.

Join Lizzie for a revitalizing workshop as we integrate the expansiveness of Summer and anchor into the new season. Let’s celebrate and rejoice in this seasonal shift!

This grounding yet invigorating workshop will include:

- short lecture on seasonal practices and the transition from the season of Fire and Earth to the season of Air (Vata, according to Ayurveda) or Metal (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine)

- vocal toning and mantra

- breathwork

- yoga

- reflective journaling session

- tea and kitchari

- community and celebration!
