Howdy Holmes, CEO of the Chelsea Milling Company, will share his valuable insights on and the interesting history of the family-owned milling company that produced the first baking mixes sold in the U.S. When he re-joined the company in 1987, he led a transformation of the then 100-year-old family business. Today, known for its quality and value, “JIFFY” Mix is the market share leader in retail prepared baking mixes.
Admission is free (donations appreciated).
