As fall arrives, nature reminds us that change does not always require us to do more. Sometimes, it asks us to slow down, turn inward, and gently release what we are no longer meant to carry.
Join Shawana and Lauren for a restorative 60-minute Sound & Meditation experience designed to help you ground and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the season. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, reflective journal prompts, and an immersive sound bath, you’ll be invited to explore your personal harvest: What are you ready to gather and enjoy? What needs more time and nurturing? What is ready to be released?
With warm tea and space for intentional reflection, "Fall Into Rest," offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create a grounding daily practice to carry with you throughout the season.
During our time together, you'll experience:
• Guided meditation and mindful awareness practices
• Reflective fall intention setting
• Reiki energy healing
• An immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments
No prior experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are, dressed in comfortable clothing, and allow yourself the space to unwind.
For your comfort, you're welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask, or any personal items that help you feel supported. While the studio provides props, we encourage you to create a space that feels especially nurturing to you.
