Higher Ground CRU, Virginia Beach Surf Camp

Higher Ground CRU is hosting a summer series of surf camps in partnership with VB Surf Sessions. These camps will provide therapeutic outdoor experiences through surfing, mindfulness, and community connection.
Each camp will include a half-day surf session, a mindful warm-up and cool-down, and a community-building lunch discussion.
The purpose of this program is to foster healing, resilience, and connection through nature, physical activity, and peer support all core parts of Higher Ground’s mission.
This program is free and open to registered Veterans, Active Duty service members, and First Responders.
