Inspired by the Tuscan Harvest, we're creating an Italian meal with some classics, including Bistecca a la Fiorentina and Tiramisu

Tuscan foods are simple and sun-drenched and feature fresh herbs and extra virgin olive oil instead of heavy sauces. Delicious natural flavors shine through in a cuisine that is healthful, economical and celebrates its raw ingredients.
Join us for a culinary trip with the flavors and techniques of Tuscany to include:
Panzanella Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes if the weather is hot, out or a Cozy Ribollita Soup if its not!
We will prepare Pollo al Mattone (Chicken under a brick) with Potatoes and Arugula
Bistecca a la Fiorentina with Cannelini Beans and Braised Greens
Of course, we will finish with a Classic Tiramisu for dessert
