Hiking, Yoga & Meditation Join me on a journey into the woods where you can reconnect with nature while deepening the connection to your own soul. Nature teaches us how to be resilient, calm and patient. By spending time in nature we connect with the primitive part of ourselves when we understood more fully what it meant to be alive. Hiking boosts both mental and physical health, reduces stress and encourages self-discovery.
This retreat we will have a special focus on tools of mindfulness. Come and experience the fall colors and energy of the season!
This journey will be 7 miles. Cost includes transportation, guided hike, meditation & yoga. MEET AT FIND YOUR CENTER.
