As the season turns, let’s pause together to celebrate the harvest, release what we no longer need, and ground into everything autumn has to offer, in preparation for the stillness of winter.
Settle in and let the sounds carry you: Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, monochord, chimes, drum, and more. Our time together will include a meditation and a small ceremony to honor the season. You’re invited to bring an autumn leaf to take part. Beginners and seasoned sound bath participants are all welcome.
