200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

Who is this training for?
A 200-hour yoga teacher training is designed for people who want to deepen their personal yoga understanding, and to expand their personal practice. While the 200-hour training qualifies a teacher for the 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) designation through Yoga Alliance, teaching after training is not a requirement. Many people explore the 200 hour training to learn about the expansiveness of the yoga tradition.
