Led by permaculturist Graham Towerton, this class will cover the essential skills for transitioning your garden into fall and winter. Topics include harvesting at peak quality, preserving harvest, proper food storage, selecting crops to grow and overwinter, saving seeds for future seasons, and preparing your garden beds for winter to ensure a healthy, productive start next spring.
