Join River Roots Mental Health & Wellness at Enso Collaborative for a special weekly 75-minute Friday flow targeting mind & body, starting Friday, October 25. Stretching for flexibility & letting go of stress & tension. Holding poses to strengthen you from the inside out, slow flow to work on controlled movement, balancing poses to calm the chatter in your mind, breathwork to calm your nervous system, and guided mediation to soothe your mind.
