Continuing Education event - Join us for the Cardiovascular Risk Summit focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiometabolic disease, including diabetes, dyslipidemia, fatty liver disease, hypertension, kidney disease, obesity and nutrition in clinical practice. Breakfast and check-in with start at 7 am. Educational sessions begin at 8 am and go until 12:30. Lunch will be provided and we invite you to stay for our Heart Health Expo open house (open to the public) from 1- 3 pm.
