Fall Film Series

Durham Parks and Recreation presents a FREE Fall Movies in the Park series at Durham Central Park! Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and your favorite people for a fun movie night in the heart of downtown Durham. This family-friendly series features films for all ages.

Local food trucks will be on site serving up tasty bites, so come early, grab some dinner, and settle in for a memorable night outdoors.There’s no better way to spend a cool fall evening than with great movies, good food, and community vibes—all for free!

Not only will food trucks be on-site serving up local eats, but we’re also offering FREE popcorn and introducing brand-new themed activations tied to each film. From interactive fun to photo ops, these activities are designed to bring the movie experience to life before the big screen lights up.
