Fall Equinox: Yoga x Acupuncture
About this Event
Fall Equinox Yoga × Acupuncture Experience
📅 Friday, September 18th 🕖 7:45–9:00 PM 📍 Toronto Yoga Co
Join us for an evening of deep rest, balance, and seasonal alignment.
The Fall Equinox invites us to pause at the midpoint of light and dark—a natural moment to reflect, release, and ground your body and mind. This season is a time to harvest gratitude, shed what no longer serves us, preserve what nourishes us, and root into grounding practices that carry us inward for the season ahead.
Key themes: balance · gratitude · release · grounding
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn corresponds with the metal element and the organs of the lungs + large intestine, symbolizing breath, grief, and letting go. This experience weaves together yoga, acupuncture, and breathwork to support both body and spirit in harmonizing with the flow of fall.
During this 75-minute restorative experience, you’ll:
- Begin with gentle breathwork + reflective journaling
- Move into supported restorative yoga postures while receiving community-style acupuncture, calming the nervous system and harmonizing energy
- Close with breathwork and reflection, integrating balance, release, and gratitude
Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and aligned with the rhythms of the season.
