Fall Equinox Yoga Workshop at Alderbrook Resort and Spa
Our Fall Equinox workshop schedule is listed below!
6:00 pm to 6:20 pm
Ashiatsu massage techniques and soothing root chakra balancing oil with Hope. Please wear loose pants or shorts for the beginning of the class as we will be practicing self massage on our legs, ankles and feet. Optional to use the massage roller balls if you prefer not to use the oil. This is going to be so grounding and relaxing for all!
6:25 pm to 6:45 pm
Herbal tea making for root, sacral and naval chakra support including a take home tea sample and intentional tea sipping with guided chakra meditation. Nourish the body, mind and spirit with this lovely nutritional support with Rose!
6:50 pm to 7:50 pm
We end the workshop with a gentle yoga practice and guided yoga Nidra Meditation with a Fall theme and a crystal bowl sound bath designed to balance the chakras/energy centers with Michelle. Rose will provide Reiki and tuning fork energy work and Hope will offer warm towels and gentle traction release during the sound bath.

Cost: $65.00 per person. A percentage of the proceeds from this workshop will be donated to the Salmon Center.
