Celebrate the balance of light and dark with Fall Equinox Yoga at the peaceful Finley Farms, led by E-RYT & Certified Transformational Coach Leslie Smith.The Fall Equinox is a time of transition—where we honor the balance of day and night and reflect on the shifts occurring in our lives. This special yoga session will guide you through a grounding practice that aligns with the season of change, helping you restore balance, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new growth.
As the crisp autumn air surrounds us at the beautiful Chapel next to the rolling Finley, you’ll flow through intentional movements and mindful breathwork, connecting with the rhythm of nature and the wisdom of the changing season. The fall equinox invites us to embrace both light and shadow, and through this practice, we’ll cultivate harmony and inner peace.
End the session with a 10-minute mindfulness exercise and receive a complimentary coffee or tea card from The Workshop.
Remember to bring your mat and water bottle, and head to The Ozark Mill for parking.
