Celebrate balance, reflection, and renewal with us this fall in the sacred landscape of Sedona. The Fall Equinox is a powerful time to pause, ground, and reconnect—and what better way to honor the shift than with a heart-opening retreat full of movement, nature, and intentional community?
Over five days and four nights, we’ll hike among red rocks, practice yoga at sunrise, and gather under the stars for sound healing and self-reflection. This retreat is designed to support your transition into autumn with presence, purpose, and ease.

• Daily sunrise yoga (vinyasa or yin) with guided inquiry and intention-setting
• Inversions Workshop to practice handstands, headstands, and more
• Stargazing Sound Bath and Nidra

Enjoy a tranquil stay in our Sedona retreat home with shared and private room options. We’ll stay in a peaceful private retreat home surrounded by nature, complete with a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, fire pit for late-night chats, and cozy spaces for rest and connection.
Meals:
Three wholesome meals daily, thoughtfully prepared. Expect hearty breakfasts, fresh lunches, and cozy dinners.
