All are invited to join us for 3rd Sunday Yoga at Sedona United Methodist Church at 9 AM (in The New Room). This experience is designed to be spiritual rather than religious. Through gentle movement, meditation, journaling, and community sharing, these sessions aim to support participants in deepening their connection with the Divine while cultivating love and acceptance. We are all in this together, and we invite you to join us on this journey. All levels are welcome, and chairs and mats are provided. Feel free to bring your own mat and a journal.
The sessions are led by Lauren Riffle, a certified Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. With a passion for caring for people and the planet, Lauren fosters inclusive community spaces. At the heart of Lauren's teaching style is the concept of integration through practice—the belief that we can recognize our innate wholeness and experience greater joy and ease, even amidst life’s challenges and changes.
