As the sun crosses the threshold of balance, we gather in honor of the turning season. Join us in sacred circle as we align heart and mind with the rhythm of Mother Earth. We’ll begin by setting heartfelt intentions at the altar of water, anchoring in stillness and clarity. Then, surrender into deep rest as the healing frequencies of sound wash over you.
A space for reflection, renewal, and resonance.
Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable lying down
(yoga mat, blanket, pillow).
