Join us on the water as we welcome the change of seasons and celebrate the balance of light + dark on the Fall Equinox. This special morning paddle will be slower-paced and mindful, designed to help you soak in the crisp autumn air, the beauty of the water, and the grounding energy of this seasonal shift. 🌊✨
We’ll pause mid-paddle for a guided moment of reflection + intention setting—an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for what you’d like to invite in this fall.
Afterwards, stay and enjoy the cozy charm of North East.
🍁☕ We'll have cider donuts & hot cinnamon tea on shore to enjoy after our paddle.
Other Important Notes:
Pre-Registration is REQUIRED. Online registration closes 6 hours before class.
All Participants MUST Be Able To Swim
If you are bringing your own equipment you are required by law to also bring your own USCG Approved Lifejacket, Safety whistle, and SUP Leash.
Please arrive 20 minutes before class at the location below…
