Join us for a soul-nourishing evening as we honor the balance of light and dark during the Fall Equinox. This special candlelit practice will guide you through a dynamic yet grounding slow Vinyasa flow, designed to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in balance, clarity, and renewal for the season ahead.
The evening will be infused with Reiki energy healing to support emotional and energetic alignment, along with reflective journaling prompts to deepen your connection to your personal intentions. We’ll close with a restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls to settle your nervous system and seal in your practice.
