The HOPE Stroke Support Group and the Healthy Hearts Support Group join forces to create a welcoming environment for those who support or are recovering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Each month features a different topic and guest speakers will be featured. This group meet the second Wednesday of every month.
