About this Event

Fall Equinox Celebration and Ceremony

The fall equinox is a time of celebration and gratitude — for the harvest that has come, and for the expansion of our own personal growth. It's a season for reflection and introspection, to notice what flourished and what didn't, so you can carry the lessons from both your successes and your struggles into deeper growth in the year ahead.

In this ceremony, we return within. As summer comes to a close, we naturally find ourselves turning inward; a time to reflect and to rejoice.

We'll work with cacao medicine and sound healing to open the heart, relax the mind, and cleanse the auric field. You'll also be guided through a reflection and heart-opening meditation that will connect you to the energy of the Equinox.

Sound healing uses the vibration of various instruments to shift brainwave states, regenerate cells, and move stagnant energy through the body, helping to release tension and creating an opening for your spirit to offer you insight and guidance. This sound journey will weave together native chants and singing, crystal sound bowls, drumming, chimes, and more.

Cacao medicine, the purest form of chocolate, contains theobromine, a compound that stimulates the production of endorphins to support heart-opening and deeper inner connection.

Please bring a yoga mat and pillows for comfort.

Doors close at 5:55 PM.

Cacao ingredients: ceremonial cacao, coconut milk, and salt.

Come home to yourself this equinox. Spots are limited; reserve your spot today!
