In October, hear the story of 22 families in Possum Trot, Texas, who adopted 77 children out of foster care. Bishop W.C. Martin and his wife, Donna’s vivid retelling of how God used their community to stand up for the most vulnerable children will have you asking “What can I do? What should my church do? What could our city do?”The Possum Trott story was the basis of Sound of Hope, a 2024 motion picture. Their story also has been featured on the Today Show, the 700 Club, Oprah Winfrey, and Family Life Today.
