About this Event
Fall Community Cacao Ceremony in the Peace Garden
Embrace the beauty of the season and join us for a transformative gathering! As the leaves change and the crisp air of fall settles in, let’s come together as a community to reconnect, reflect, and rejuvenate.
Led by Nicole Lindstrom, this sacred ceremony will guide us through:
Breathing Techniques to ignite your inner fire
Gentle Yoga Postures to open your body and prepare for drinking cacao in meditation
Guided Reflections + Journal Processing to calm your mind and open your heart, dropping into authentic truth and personal intent
We'll share the warmth of legacy cacao, an ancient heart-opening drink, to help us set personal and collective intentions as we journey into winter.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, connected, and ready to flow with the season’s energy.
