House of Tora is popping up at Shiro on the Go on Saturday, October 17 from 10 AM–2 PM!
Come enjoy handcrafted coffee from House of Tora and a special Ethiopian-inspired brunch from Shiro on the Go.
On the menu, we’re bringing you:
- Teff Pumpkin Pancakes - served with pumpkin cream cheese frosting and warm fall spices
- Ethiopian Chicken & Waffles - our crispy chicken and waffles with an Ethiopian twist
Two local businesses, Ethiopian flavors, great coffee, and ALL the fall vibes.
Come hungry, grab a coffee, bring a friend, and support local!

$25 per person — includes your choice of Teff Pumpkin Pancakes or Ethiopian Chicken & Waffles, plus a Spiced Pumpkin Cold Brew from House of Tora.
Additional specialty drinks will be available for purchase separately.
