Our Women’s Accountability Group is BACK and better than ever! 💪🌿Starting Thursday, September 4, we’ll walk, move, connect, and hold each other accountable twice a week—just enough to stay consistent without overwhelming your already full plate.
🗓 Tuesdays + Thursdays
🕣 8:30–9:15 AM
📍 Various scenic spots around Saint Clair Shores

Each session includes:
✔️ Walking-based workouts (low-impact but effective!)
✔️ A private weigh-in + InBody scan at the start
✔️ Nutrition tips & simple habit strategies
