45–60 minutes of pose breakdowns with variations and props
A printed handout to take home and reflect on
A buddy pass to bring a friend to class with you

Weekly Themes & Pose Focus:
Week 1: The 8 Limbs of Yoga | Table, Cat/Cow, Down Dog, Mountain, Bridge, Chair
Week 2: Pranayama & Breath Awareness | Sun Salutation, Tall Mountain, Side Bend, Half Lift, Forward Fold
Week 3: Yamas (Ethical Guidelines) | Warrior I & II, Crescent, Runner’s Lunge
Week 4: Niyamas (Inner Disciplines) | Dancer, Warrior III, Half Moon, Spinal Extension, Side Plank/Gate
Week 5: Meditation & Stillness | Easy Seat, Supine Twist, Child’s Pose
