The High Vibration Living 200 Hour Yoga School is designed for ALL seekers on the path. Since 2016, the HVL program has been creating happier, healthier, and more heart-centered humans.

On The Mat Practice
The High Vibration Living YTT offers a rich and well-rounded curriculum. While the foundation of the physical program centers around Progressive Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll also experience influences from Traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, modern Functional Movement Systems, and Neurodevelopmental principles.
Think of it as the "general studies" of yoga asana (the postures) + movement, AKA a multidimensional approach that builds a strong foundation while giving you the freedom to evolve your movement patterns into your own expression for your unique energetic and anatomical anatomy.
The Philosophy
HVL bridges the ancient wisdom of the East with the modern science of the West, blending movement mechanics, energetics, meditation, and philosophy into one cohesive experience. You’ll learn how to embody yoga as both art and science, not just as a practice, but a way of living. This training is more than a certification, it’s the beginning of a lifelong journey into higher awareness, deeper embodiment, and a vibrant, connected way of being.

Jessica believes that every student has the capacity to learn, grow, and evolve into their highest potential when given the right tools. She brings her full-hearted commitment to each training weekend by weaving in practical knowledge, soulful philosophy, and plenty of humor and humanity. You'll receive a comprehensive education that prepares you not only to teach yoga safely and intelligently if you wish, but to also live your yoga during every breath, every choice, every moment.
Most importantly, you'll leave with a supportive & loving community that becomes your soul family: like-minded yogis walking beside you, long after graduation day. High Vibration Living isn't just about learning yoga, it's about remembering who you are. You'll emerge grounded in knowledge, elevated in energy, and inspired to share your light with the world on and off of the mat.

The weekend itineraries will ALL slightly vary according to the daily schedule, lectures, and guest speakers.
You will ALWAYS receive a full itinerary before every weekend so you can plan ahead/ Know energetically what the day brings/when breaks are.
If you are commuting: you can always bring a lunch/nap/practice/self-study in the YTT room on lunch breaks.
The Body Electric Yoga Co. gifts 10 classes during training. These count towards training for practice hours.
The Body Electric Yoga Co. (BE-TV): FREE UNLIMITED VIRTUAL classes during YTT. You can take as many / all the virtual classes you wish while you are in your training! 🙂
There will be NON-CONTACT HOURS between each YTT weekend!!!

The curriculum at High Vibration Living meets and exceeds the Yoga Alliance guidelines. Graduates of the High Vibration Living YTT will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200 if they wish, but it is not required.

- Anatomy: Gross & Subtle body for Yogis & Movement professionals.
- Functional Movement: understand movement + move well.
- Alignment: for your unique anatomical & energetic body. Dive deep into Exercise Science & Movement. Empower yourself with the knowledge of regressions & progressions of postures & learn how to practice effortlessly & efficiently so that you always leave the mat feeling good.
- The western science behind the eastern energetics: there is more to the world around us than what just meets the eyes. Intro into quantum energetics & creating optimum health + balance within the bio-energetic field known as the body.
- History + Philosophy of Yoga: Learn the roots of ancient yoga philosophy + discover famous yogic literature that will enhance your life & help with the understanding of yoga.
- Raise your vibration & live your best authentic life: Dive deep into Patanjali’s 8 limb path of Ashtanga Yoga. Living life ethically through the Yamas & Niyamas in order to become your best Self on and off of the mat.
- Pranayama/breath control: fall in love with breathing. Discover how to control your breath for health, vitality, and mind calming benefits + become a better all around breather. Learn breath science & many breath techniques that can be used for re-patterning your nervous system.
- Cultivate inner peace a stillness practice: learn traditional sensory withdrawal techniques, attainable stillness practices & meditation techniques to calm anxiety and overthinking.
- Mantra meditation: learn to chant ancient sanskrit mantras to steady the mind + change your vibrational field.
- Yoga energetics: The Chakras - learn about the 7 main energy wheels + how to keep your energetic body aligned for optimum health and vitality + The Koshas (energetic levels of the body) – physical, mental & emotional, and spiritual layers
- Rooted in tradition: Build a strong asana-teaching foundation by learning the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Modified 1/2 Primary Yoga sequence (a modern approach of P. Jois's system that was adapted for the western body)
- Sanskrit: stay true to the authentic roots + discover the ancient language of yoga. Learn to teach yoga asana classes using Sanskrit + English names of the poses.
- Creative Sequencing: the art of creative sequencing a basic yoga asana class + advanced themed yoga asana classes (ladder, peak, mandala flow, etc.).
- Multi-level teaching: Learn how to safely & effectively design a group class that can be taught & tailored to all levels of practitioners.
- Yoga for special populations.
- Props: for specific modifications, contraindications + how to incorporate props to build more strength/power.
- Business and ethics in the yoga world.
- Inclusivity in the yoga world.
- Building your own brand: discover what makes you unique in your own offerings + develop your own business brand presence.
- Observation: observe other teachers in the yoga industry to: gain new insight & compassion, learn new verbal cues or a new approach, study the management of the room, understand everyone is different in their teaching approach & delivery.
