Fall 2026 Afro Beats

Afro Beats is an energetic dance class that blends African movement with elements of jazz funk, modern, and contemporary dance. Designed for beginners and dancers looking to build confidence, this class focuses on rhythm, musicality, and learning to move freely in your body.
Each class begins with a dynamic warm up, followed by groove exercises, across the floor movement, and choreography that encourages students to connect with the music while developing coordination.
in The Workroom at THE NORTHAMPTON COMMUNITY ARTS TRUST, 33 HAWLEY STREET
