Fall 2024 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice and change your life?
Honest Yoga 200-hour 4-MONTH teacher training program begins September 14th, 2024! The training is designed for those seeking a challenge and new opportunities -whether that be for your career or your yoga practice.
The sessions run for 4 months and include 17 in person classes, (2) manuals, readings, resources, and take-home work to expand your learning.
You'll learn sequencing, yoga philosophy, how to practice yoga off your mat, different breathing and meditation techniques, and trauma-informed yoga (and that just scratches the surface). See a more detailed list below.

-Study of Asana (proper alignment)
-Principles of Anatomy
-Art of Sequencing
-Practicing Yoga Off Your Mat
-Informed Use of Props
-The Subtle Body (chakras and energy channels)
-Pranayama Breathing Techniques
-Finding your Voice
-Yoga History and Philosophy
-Special Populations Yoga
-The Business of Yoga
THIS PROGRAM MEETS ON THE FOLLOWING WEEKENDS:
September 14-15
September 28-29
October 12-13
October 26-27
November 9-10
November 23-24
December 7-8
Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Every session is recorded so if you need to miss one weekend, we can accommodate missed time. You can also zoom in with our savvy technology if need be.
Payment Options:
1) Pay in Full and Receive $300 off! The program cost is $3100
OR
2) Sign up for 6 Month Payment Plan-Installments of $567 over six months*

Tuition includes 17 classes at Honest Yoga.
If you are in the MENTAL HEALTH, HEALTHCARE, ADDICTION/RECOVERY SPACE, AND/OR ARE AN EDUCATOR, you may qualify for a $1000 scholarship towards your tuition. We offer 4 scholarships a program. Please reach out to [email protected] to apply.
