Join us for one of our favorite community events of the year—108(ish) Sun Salutations! As we step into a new season, this practice is a fun and meaningful way to move, reset, and reconnect.
We’ll start flowing together, then you’ll find your own rhythm and pace. Whether you complete all 108 or just do what feels right for your body, you’ll leave feeling energized, grounded, and supported.
