LinAnn Events is proud to announce our Fall Getaway VII Retreat open to cross-stitchers and needle-pointers and crafters. This exclusive event will be limited to the first 80 paid registrations.
Location: Hershey Lodge, located in Central Pennsylvania, is just 90 minutes from Baltimore and Philadelphia, 2 hours from Washington, DC and 3 hours from New York City.
There is plenty to see and do in the Hershey area, too – Hersheypark, ZooAmerica, Hershey’s Chocolate World, Hershey’s Gardens, Hershey Museum, and much more.
Accommodations and Rates: Guest Rooms are $289 plus tax per room per night. They are large rooms and have two queen beds.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am

Fees and What They Include: The Registration fee for this event is $275.00 per person and includes access to the stitching room 24/7, a meal, a goodie bag and lots of door prizes, and maybe a surprise along the way.
The meeting room will be open to crafters at 3:00pm on Thursday, 09/18/25, and will be available until noon on Sunday, 09/21/25.
Showcases and Vendors: We are reaching out to several vendors and designers and will keep you updated. Please check back. Needlework by Jim, Mind Your Needle, Trish Vine Designs, Classy Stands, Bee Ewe Needlework and The Paper Needle are confirmed vendors. We will update as vendors are added.
Activities: While our primary objective is to provide you with a pleasant, uninterrupted and unstructured stitching event (with stash enhancement sessions of course), we think a Grab Bag Exchange on Saturday night would be a fun way to spend our last evening together. Please check back for sign-up information and general information.

• There will also be a trade table. At the end of the retreat, please take back your items that have not been traded.
• We will also have a time scheduled for bragging rights… so remember to bring one or two of your prize pieces that you would like to have showcased for all to see.

Event Registration: An initial non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required to hold your spot. 50% of the cost must be received by 07/01/25 with final payment to be received no later than 08/01/25.

No refunds will be made unless the event is sold out and the spot can be re-sold.
